Highlander Sports Bar is growing and we are looking for experienced bar staff to join our team!

Job Summary
To deliver excellent customer service while preparing and serving drinks safely and efficiently. You'll help to maintain a clean, welcoming environment and ensure customers receive a fantastic experience every visit.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare and serve alcohol and non-alocholic beverages.
- Operate the EPOS till system and process cash and card payments accurately.
- Check identification where required and follow Challenge 25 procedures.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic bar area at all times.
- Wash and polish glassware.
- Restock fridges, shelves and bar supplies.
- Assist with stock deliveries and stock rotation.
- Carry out opening and closing duties.
- Follow all licensing, health and safety, food hygiene and company policies.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Report any maintenance issues, incidents or customer concerns to management.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience working behind a busy bar.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Honest, trustworthy and dependable.
- High standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends and public holidays.
- Right to work in the UK.
Desirable:
- First Aid Qualification
- Cellar Experience

Working Hours
Hours are offered based on business needs and may include days, evenings and weekends and public holidays.

- EPOS till training
- Challange 25
