The Role: Complex Care Support Worker
Hourly Rate: £14.00 per hour, increasing to £14.50 per hour once competent.
Location: S44 Chesterfield
Contract Type: Permanent, with immediate start available.
We offer the below contract options:
Full Time – 36 hours
Part Time – 24 hours
Shift Pattern –
Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Shifts include a combination of days and nights.
DBS: Preferred / update service desirable
Driver: Required
Right to Work: The company is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.

- We are looking for someone to join an established team providing one-to-one support for a gentleman with a Spinal injury.
- Our client loves to be surrounded by people who have a good sense of humour, plenty of initiative and motivation to provide interactive and engaging support.
- He enjoys playing Table Tennis for the paralympic team, in which he travels a lot to attend the competitions.
- You will work one-to-one with our client, helping him maintain his independence and quality of life.

Training
- At Josh's Care Company, we are dedicated to equipping you with the skills and knowledge necessary to become compliant in all areas of specialised care, from tracheostomy and ventilator management to postural and respiratory care, as well as PEG feeding.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking highly motivated professionals with a caring demeanour, excellent communication skills, and previous care experience. Knowledge of complex care is an advantage. A positive attitude and friendly nature are essential, as you’ll be providing meaningful support and encouragement to enhance our clients’ quality of life.
To be considered for this position, you will need:
- Flexible availability.
- A current DBS preferred (Paper or Update Service).
- To be comfortable working alternate weekends.
- A friendly nature.
- Complex care experience preferred
- Good communication skills
