Are you an experienced operations or project support professional looking for a varied role where no two days are the same?
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and confident individual to support our UK and international operations. This is a hands-on position combining administration, compliance management, operational coordination, site support, installations, and maintenance activities. It offers the opportunity to work both in the office and on-site, playing a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Please note: This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who already has experience working within AV, technical installations, construction, facilities management, engineering, or a similar project-based environment. Applicants should be confident working with contractors, understanding site operations, and managing compliance and project documentation.
What You'll Be DoingOffice & Operational Support
- Manage project documentation, compliance records, certifications, and training requirements.
- Coordinate UK and international operational activities.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure documentation is completed to a high standard.
- Support project delivery by ensuring operational and regulatory requirements are met.
Site Visits & Operational Support
- Attend customer, installation, and distributor sites across the UK and internationally when required.
- Carry out site assessments to verify project readiness and compliance.
- Assess contractor workmanship, professionalism, capability, and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor installation progress and provide operational feedback.
- Identify risks, compliance issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Liaise with customers, contractors, installers, and project stakeholders.
- Support installations, maintenance visits, site surveys, and compliance inspections.
- Complete site reports, photographs, and documentation accurately and promptly.
Essential Experience & Skills
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience within AV, technical installations, construction, facilities management, engineering, or a similar project delivery environment.
- Experience working with contractors, installers, or site teams.
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage compliance records and project documentation.
- Confidence communicating with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- The ability to assess site standards, contractor performance, and project readiness.
- A practical, organised, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A willingness to travel within the UK and internationally when required.
Desirable Experience
- Experience attending site surveys or supporting installation projects.
- Understanding of compliance requirements and site-based working practices.
- Experience in contractor management or quality inspections.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Valid passport.
- Ability to travel within the UK and internationally at short notice.
