Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily office activities to ensure seamless operations
- Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing inquiries appropriately
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications
- Maintain organised filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of documents
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and calendar management for team members
- Support invoicing (of customers) and record-keeping processes and other software tools
- Provide general clerical support such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and inventory management
- Ensure all administrative procedures adhere to company policies and quality standards
- Updating Framework documentation
- Completing customer questionnaire as required
- Liaising with customers and welcoming them onsite
- Preparing for customer/organisation events onsite.
Experience
- Proven office experience or administrative experience demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry software
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed
- Familiarity with accounting software is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Clerical experience that highlights attention to detail and organisational prowess
- Credit control and use of ERP/CRM systems would be beneficial
