Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in the daily food preparation, ensuring consistency and freshness of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Support the team during service hours by efficiently managing assigned stations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of meals and smooth kitchen operations
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure seamless meal preparation
- Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety practices and food safety regulations
- Excellent skills in meal preparation and food presentation
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and consistency
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with serving procedures and customer service principles is a plus
- Culinary training or certifications are preferred but not required
