Through our brands, including GAMEON, we are expanding rapidly across Europe and are seeking an experienced commercial leader to establish and grow our distribution network.
Role Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced sales and channel development professional to lead the expansion of our brands across Europe and the United Kingdom.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, negotiating, and managing distribution partnerships while driving long-term revenue growth.
This is a strategic role requiring strong industry relationships, excellent commercial negotiation skills, and extensive experience in consumer electronics, gaming products, monitors, or IT distribution.
Key Responsibilities Distribution Development
- Develop and execute the European distribution strategy.
- Identify, recruit, and appoint distributors across Europe and the UK.
- Build long-term partnerships with national and regional distributors.
- Expand the dealer and reseller network through distribution partners.
Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities across Europe.
- Identify new market opportunities.
- Develop annual business plans for each territory.
- Negotiate commercial agreements.
- Lead contract negotiations.
Channel Management
- Manage relationships with distributors and key accounts.
- Monitor distributor performance.
- Support distributors with marketing and sales initiatives.
- Develop sales forecasting and pipeline management.
Retail Development
Develop relationships with:
- Large retailers
- Online retailers
- Buying groups
- IT distributors
- Gaming retailers
Strategic Growth
Identify opportunities in:

Requirements Experience
- Minimum 8 years in B2B sales, business development, or channel management.
- Minimum 5 years developing European distribution networks.
- Proven experience in consumer electronics, gaming, IT hardware, displays, or peripherals.
- Demonstrated success in signing and growing distributor partnerships across multiple European countries.
