Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join the team at Sheffield's first luxury sports bar& grill. We are unique for offering a 4 day working week with three days off each week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and production, with a keen understanding of food safety and hospitality. As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while being a vital part of our kitchen staff to ensure the highest standards of culinary excellence.
Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Oversee food production processes to ensure consistency and quality in every dish served.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards within the kitchen.
- Providing guidance and support to other members of the team foster a collaborative work environment.
- Assist in menu planning, including the selection of seasonal ingredients and innovative dishes.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary.
- Ensure the kitchen is organised, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery during busy periods.

- Proficient in food preparation techniques and culinary skills.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Experience in food production within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience supervising kitchen staff.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
