Waking Night Support Worker (Non-Complex)
Hours: Minimum 24-36 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 20:00 – 08:00

Due to a new service user joining our service, we are recruiting a Non-Complex Waking Night Support Worker to join our professional and supportive team in Plymouth.
The Role
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of our night-time support services, ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and dignity of the people we support. You will work in line with individual support plans and company policies, supporting people in their own homes and within the community where required.
Responsibilities
The successful applicant will:
- Support people with a variety of Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health needs
- Support individuals to access the community and any employment opportunities
- Follow and support Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) Plans
- Support people within their own homes to maintain tenancies
- Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes

Expectations
- Rostered weekend working will be required as part of the role
- Minimum 24-36 hour contracts
- Waking night shifts: 20:00 – 08:00
- Flexibility (rota runs from 19th to 18th)
