Motor Mechanic Wanted – Join Our Growing Team
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Motor Mechanic to join our growing team. If you are passionate about vehicle repair and take pride in your work, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
- Carry out routine servicing and vehicle maintenance. Replace and repair vehicle components, including brakes, suspension, clutches, timing belts, and engines.
- Carry out tyre fitting, tyre changes, puncture repairs, wheel balancing, and tyre inspections.
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify faults efficiently. Collect and deliver customer vehicles when required.
- Transport vehicles using a trailer when required (training can be provided if necessary).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment. Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a motor mechanic. Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent preferred).
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Experience towing a vehicle trailer.
- Experience with tyre fitting and wheel balancing
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to producing quality work.
