Reliable Labourers / Clearance Operatives / Handymen Wanted – Immediate Start
Lexa Building Services is looking for reliable and hardworking operatives to join our team working on refurbishment and void property projects across South London, including Kingston, Lewisham, Bromley and surrounding areas.
We are currently looking for:
- Labourers
- Property Clearance Operatives
- Cleaning Operatives (void and builders cleans)
- Handymen / Multi-Trade Operatives
- Small Teams Welcome
The most important requirement is reliability. We need people who are dependable, punctual and willing to work consistently. If you say you will attend a job, we expect you to be there.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- CSCS card preferred but not essential for all roles
- Previous construction, clearance or cleaning experience beneficial
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own transport is advantageous but not essential
What we offer:
- Self-employed / CIS basis
- Day rate or price work depending on experience
- Ongoing work available
- Weekly allocation of work for reliable operatives

We are particularly interested in individuals or small teams who can take ownership of jobs and complete works to a good standard without constant supervision.
