We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and experienced front of house full time member to join our vibrant team. You will need to enjoy both working independently and as a team in a fast-pace environment meanwhile delivering exceptional customer service, keeping your section organised and maintaining high standards. A successful candidate will be willing to learn, have lots of initiative and have the ability to adapt to different disciplines within the hospitality sector.
Your main responsibilities:
-Greeting and welcoming guests using our booking systems with a friendly and professional attitude.
-Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently whilst upholding food safety standards/ hygiene at all times.
-Serving or making food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, service stations and restaurant as a whole.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
Requirements
-Previous experience in a customer service-based role is essential.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic maths and English skills for accurate order taking and payment processing.
- A passion for guest services, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diners.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holiday’s as required.
