What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming patients and creating a warm, professional first impression.
- Scheduling and managing appointments efficiently using dental software.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Handling phone calls and patient inquiries with clarity, care, and professionalism.
- Processing patient payments and providing receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Supporting the dental team by ensuring the front desk area remains organized and efficient.
What We’re Looking For:
