The Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Welfare Cleaner to join our team on a site in Wimbledon.
You will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe and hygienic welfare facilities, helping to provide a comfortable and professional environment for staff and visitors.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
6:00pm – 9:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain welfare areas, including canteens, rest areas, offices and meeting rooms
- Clean and sanitise toilets, washrooms and shower facilities
- Carry out general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and disinfecting surfaces
- Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Replenish consumables such as soap, toilet paper and paper towels
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Report any maintenance issues, damage or hazards to management
- Follow all relevant health and safety procedures when using cleaning products and equipment
- Work efficiently and professionally while minimising disruption to site operations
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred, ideally within construction sites or welfare facilities
- Good knowledge of cleaning methods, products and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Reliable, punctual and professional approach
- Good physical stamina and ability to carry out cleaning duties throughout the shift
