Previous experience in baking and lamination is required. The position will be 40 hours over 4 days (Thursday - Sunday) wage dependent on past experience.
I am looking to build a close knit team of bakers who share a passion for creating delicious treats.

Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes.
- Ensure all baked products meet quality standards for taste, appearance, and freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
- Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items to enhance our offerings.
- Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and ingredients.
Requirements
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for baking and an eagerness to learn new techniques and recipes.
- Weekend and early morning (5am starts) availability.
