About the Role
Are you passionate about your local community and delivering great service with a smile? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Team Member to join our busy Premier store in Langley Park.
In this role, you will be the friendly face of our shop. You will work closely with a supportive team to ensure our customers have a brilliant shopping experience, while also keeping our shelves fully stocked and the store running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Greet customers warmly and provide helpful, friendly assistance on the shop floor.
- Manage the Till: Process transactions accurately, handling both cash and card payments with confidence.
- Replenish Stock: Keep shelves well-stocked, visually appealing, and assist with processing incoming store deliveries.
- Maintain Store Standards: Ensure the store is always safe and welcoming by upholding strict food hygiene and customer service standards.
- Keep Things Tidy: Carry out routine cleaning and housekeeping duties to keep the shop floor and back areas looking their best.

- Adaptable & Flexible: You have a flexible approach to working hours to suit the dynamic needs of a local convenience store.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but a positive, hard-working attitude is just as important!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
