Duties
- Provide a wide range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including appointment scheduling, client consultations, and maintaining an organised workspace.
- Upsell products and additional services to maximise client experience and salon revenue.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients through personalised service and effective communication skills.
- Stay updated with current trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide innovative solutions.
Skills
- Proven experience in hairdressing with a solid portfolio of work demonstrating versatility in styles.
- Proficiency in barbering techniques is desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Experience in store management or front desk operations is advantageous.
- Excellent upselling abilities combined with persuasive communication skills to promote products and services.
