Support Worker – Ad Hoc
Trust Care is looking for ad hoc Support Workers to join our team in Perth and Kinross, supporting older people and adults with additional needs to live independently and well.
About the role
- Ad hoc shifts, flexible around your availability
- Delivering personal care, moving and handling, and support with daily living
- Administering medication safely and accurately
What we're looking for
- Comfortable and experienced with medication administration
- Confident with personal care and moving and handling (essential)
- Experience supporting older people and those living with dementia (preferred)
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
- A caring, reliable, and flexible approach
