We are looking for focused, target driven people to join our local family business in Yorkshire, which is trading as part of the Cash Generator network of buy and sell stores.
You will need to be savvy, well rounded and be a stable individual who will be able to show real work ethic leading your team from the front.
You will have proven experience of driving sales and performance and have strong commercial acumen and a good understanding of tech and the latest gadgets.
You may not be from a retail or service environment but must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of customer service and a proven ability to drive your own performance as well as your teams.
In return you will be rewarded well for your hard work and performance. You will be paid a great basic salary and will be included on our profit related bonus scheme. This bonus is paid quarterly, after your initial three months qualifying period.
