Duties
- Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble sandwiches according to customer preferences and company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food prep area, ensuring all food safety protocols are followed
- Serve customers efficiently at the counter or drive-thru, providing friendly and attentive service
- Upsell additional menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality
- Follow all food safety guidelines, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Assist with inventory management by restocking ingredients and supplies as needed
Skills
- Experience in food preparation or restaurant settings is highly desirable
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and positive interactions
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen hygiene
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
- Previous kitchen or culinary experience is a plus for understanding food assembly techniques
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor
