Duties

- Conducting legal research to stay abreast of current laws and relevant case law developments.
- Managing case files efficiently, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborating with colleagues and external professionals to develop effective legal strategies.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Required Qualifications
· Current practicing certificate
· Minimum 1 to 3 years post-qualification experience in dispute resolution or litigation
· Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills.
· Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritise work and meet deadlines,
· Proficiency in legal research tools and case management systems
