This is a good opportunity to work in a small, friendly nursery in West Byfleet. Little Cherubs Nursery is looking to recruit an apprentice nursery practitioner to train to become level 2 or 3 qualified in Early Years. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed practitioner to join our team. Working hours are 32 hours Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will need to:
- Be a good responsible team player
- Have passion and enthusiasm for providing a fun and stimulating environment for children
- Be open and caring to children and be confident to tend to their needs
- To be mature, pro-active and be able to use their own initiative
- Build a strong and solid relationship with Parents, children and other staff members
- Able to listen and willing to learn
- To develop an understanding planning of a range of interesting, age appropriate activities for the EYFS curriculum.
- A good instinct for health and safety and safeguarding issues
- Have a good level of spoken and written English
