Operations Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: Brighton & Hove
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week (Monday-Friday, around 4 hours per day with flexibility)

Kifco Property Services and Kifco Electrical Services are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Administrator to join our growing office team.
We provide electrical, property maintenance and refurbishment services throughout Sussex, working with letting agents, block management companies, insurance providers and private clients.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and ideally has previous experience within a trades, construction, electrical, plumbing or property maintenance business.
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming telephone calls and customer enquiries
- Managing a busy shared email inbox
- Scheduling engineers using our CRM (Workever)
- Liaising with electricians, carpenters, decorators and project managers
- Booking appointments and arranging property access
- Processing work orders from clients
- Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries
- Raising quotations and invoices using Xero
- Updating customers on job progress
- Assisting with fleet administration, vehicle documentation and insurance
- General office administration
- Supporting the Operations Manager with day-to-day business activities
Essential

Highly Desirable
- Previous experience working for an electrical contractor
- Previous experience within property maintenance
- Previous experience with letting agents or block management works
- Experience using CRM/job management software
- Experience using Xero
- Experience processing reactive maintenance works
What we're looking for
We aren't looking for someone who simply answers phones.
We're looking for someone who enjoys organising work, solving problems and helping keep a busy maintenance company running efficiently.
The ideal person will understand how reactive maintenance operates and will be comfortable dealing with clients, tenants, suppliers and engineers throughout the day.
Pay: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
