We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner (Casual) to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various residential and commercial premises. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
- Clean and sanitise washrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces to high standards
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls as needed
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working order
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times during cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning routines
- Adhere to client specifications and organisational policies regarding cleanliness standards
Skills
- Previous experience in residential, commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
