Job Description:
Ready for a step up in your career as a Chef de Partie in Central London?
Zeta Thomas are recruiting for a disciplined, production-focused Chef de Partie to join a high end, multi-level venue in Central London. This Chef de Partie role sits within a well-known celebrity haunt, handling a high volume of independent dining alongside a busy private events operation, meaning your section as Chef de Partie needs to be organised and efficient.
The kitchen is headed up by an Exec Chef with global experience across fine dining and high-end venues.
What we are looking for in this Chef de Partie:
- Classical Foundations: Strong classical training is essential for this Chef de Partie role. You know the fundamentals inside out.
- Team Player: As a Chef de Partie, you will be expected to work closely with Commis Chefs on your section, keeping standards tight and the output consistent.
- Sharp Eye for Detail: You take pride in your work. As a Chef de Partie, nothing sub standard leaves your section.
- High-Calibre Experience: Background in high end, fine dining restaurants or upmarket brasseries is highly advantageous for an incoming Chef de Partie.
- Night Owl: Shifts run late, so this Chef de Partie role would suit someone who thrives later in the day.
Why apply for this Chef de Partie role?
- A permanent, secure Chef de Partie role in one of Central London's most exciting culinary venues, with a regular celebrity clientele.
- The chance to learn from a senior management team with global fine dining and high end night venue experience.
- The opportunity to assist with private events outside the main site.
- A kitchen culture that focuses on training and nurturing Chef de Partie talent, rather than burning people out.
- Shift patterns between 8am-12am.
If you are a Chef de Partie looking for a fresh challenge in Central London, apply today with an up to date CV.
