Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for prospective tenants and landlords guiding them through the rental process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your excellent communication skills and organizational abilities will ensure a smooth and engaging experience for all clients.
Duties
- Engage with prospective tenants via phone, email, and in person to understand their rental needs and preferences
- Arrange viewings of available properties, providing detailed information and answering questions confidently
- Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants, ensuring mutual satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of all property viewings, negotiations, and client interactions
- Assist in preparing tenancy agreements and related documentation with precision
- Follow up with clients post-viewing to gather feedback and facilitate the rental process
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are presented effectively
- Carrying out viewings in person
- Completing rental and sale appraisals
- Communicating and resolving maintenance issues tenants have
- Ensuring all properties are compliant with regulation
- Carrying out property inspections and reporting
- Completing check in and check out inventories
- Coordinating appointments and meetings
- Photo and video marketing / editing of properties including preparing floor plans
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience, ideally within real estate or customer service sectors
- Strong communication skills, fluent in multiple languages is a plus to serve diverse clients
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple viewings and client inquiries efficiently
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance client engagement and expand outreach

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
