The Role
As an Advertising and Marketing Associate Professional, you will support the planning, creation, and delivery of advertising and marketing campaigns, helping strengthen our brand presence and reach across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, developing, and implementing advertising and marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Support the creation of marketing content, ad copy, and promotional materials
- Help manage social media accounts and paid advertising campaigns (e.g. Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking
- Assist with brand positioning and messaging across campaigns
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, and media partners to deliver campaign assets
- Track and report on campaign performance, engagement, and ROI
- Support the planning and execution of product launches and promotional events
- Help manage the marketing budget and media spend
- Stay up to date with advertising trends, platform changes, and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Experience in advertising, marketing, or promotional campaign delivery
- Strong background in Strategic Planning
- Understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, paid ads, email, content)
- Experience with Relationship Management (agencies, media partners, or clients)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for brand and messaging
- Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting campaign data and metrics
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with design or ad platforms (e.g. Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads) a plus
Desirable
- Experience running paid advertising campaigns (social or search)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per year, depending on experience
