Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organisational targets
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals
- Prepare customised proposals and negotiate terms to secure sales agreements
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM systems
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and materials
- Provide feedback from clients to assist in product development and service improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the relevant industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in British English
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proactive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid driving licence is desirable for client visits and networking events
- A recognised qualification in sales, marketing, or related field is advantageous
