Ffarm Hall is Wales' first 100% plant-based hotel & restaurant , in the village of Betwys-Yn-Rhos, between the coastal towns of Conwy and Abergele.
The 14-room boutique hotel launched in May 2026 by Macbeth Hotels Ltd, who run the awarding winning Beck Hall Malham, England's first 100% plant-based hotel.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting other chefs
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes
- Maintaining the highest levels of standards
- Monitoring stock, including stock rotation
- Ensure minimum kitchen wastage
- Keeping all working areas clean and tidy
- Preventing cross contamination
- Referring to menu specifications for all food prep
- Complying with all food safety policy and procedures
- Any other reasonable duties as required
Qualifications
- Solid experience working in commercial kitchens with an all-fresh menu
- Familiarity with plant-based cuisine is a huge plus
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
