We are currently seeking a highly motivated, professional and organised individual to join our team as a Legal Regulatory Assistant. The Legal Regulatory Services team is responsible for the Council’s statutory functions of licensing, legal rights of way and common land registration.
As a Legal Regulatory Assistant, you will be required to meet with perspective licence holders to offer advice and guidance, receive and process licence applications, take payments and other general office duties.
Your daily routine will be responding to customer requests for licences, taking payments, checking documentation and producing licences ready for issue.

- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
The post holder will possess at least 4 GCSE’s at grade C or above, one of which must be English or Welsh, plus Mathematics, or a qualification of a comparable level, however no formal legal nor licensing qualifications are required for this role, as full training will be provided
