WELFARE BENEFIT ADVISER (trainee considered)- Crisis and Resilience Fund
HOURS: 35 hours per week
SALARY: £24,779 - £28,962 per annum dependent on experience.
BENEFITS: 26 days a year annual leave (rising to 31 days after 5 years’ service) plus Bank Holidays

5% pension contribution
Contractual sick pay (after probationary period)
OFFICE BASE: 123 Midland Road, Wellingborough (initially working from 49-53 Hazelwood Road Northampton if training required)
Purpose of post: To deliver benefit advice and casework to residents living in North Northamptonshire to improve household income, address any financial crisis, reduce the risk of future crisis and build financial resilience. We offer flexible working hours (around our core hours), hybrid working to accommodate some home working and ongoing training and support. Own transport required.
