Our client is one of the largest automotive main dealers in the UK, they're seeking an experienced Business Manager.

Duties
- Responsible for helping manage and grow all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department
- Be at the core of all sales enquiries and by developing the sales team.
- You will ensure that every customer has a clear understanding of obligations that they have entered into.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
- Strong analytical skills to identify client needs and propose solutions
- Leadership abilities to motivate and guide a sales team
Must have previous main dealer experience.
