Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality preventive dental care, assisting with patient education, and supporting the overall functionality of the clinic. About The Role
- 30, 40 and 60-minute appointment structure, allowing adequate time to deliver high-quality patient care based on individual periodontal needs.
- Dedicated Dental Nurse support provided for all sessions.
- High-quality instruments and equipment available.
- Clinical protocols aligned with current BSP guidelines.

Duties
- Perform dental prophylaxis, including cleaning teeth and removing plaque and tartar using specialised instruments.
- Assist in the administration of local anaesthesia and other procedures as authorised.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and organisational standards.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and health & safety regulations diligently.
Qualifications
- Recognised qualification as a Dental Hygienist from an accredited institution.
- GDC registration
- Proven experience in a dental setting is preferred but not essential for recent graduates.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.
- Organised with keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about promoting oral health and providing outstanding patient care within a professional environment.
