Kayne Travel, part of The Travel Network Group, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Apprentice to join our team. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a busy retail travel agency while completing your Level 3 Travel Consultant Apprenticeship with Damar Training.
What you’ll be doing:
· Helping customers plan and book their perfect holidays
· Learning to use travel booking systems and supplier tools
· Delivering outstanding customer service in-store and online
· Supporting marketing and social media activity
· Building your knowledge of destinations and travel products
What we’re looking for:
· A genuine passion for travel and people
· A travel & tourism interest at school/ college or travel & tourism qualification would be preffered but not a necessity.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· A positive attitude and willingness to learn
· GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above preferred)
