About the Role: London is a global centre for commerce, logistics, and international business, and at Cleope Supply Solutions Ltd, we bring that same standard of precision and reliability to supply chain operations. We help businesses coordinate procurement, inventory, suppliers, and distribution through efficient and scalable processes. We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) who can take ownership of our end to end supply chain performance. You aren't simply managing deliveries; you are developing strategies that improve efficiency, strengthen supplier relationships, and support sustainable business growth. You will work closely with procurement, operations, finance, and commercial teams to ensure that products and resources move efficiently across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that improve availability, service levels, cost efficiency, and operational resilience.
Supplier Management: Build strong relationships with strategic suppliers, monitor supplier performance, and work with partners to resolve quality, delivery, and commercial issues.
Demand and Inventory Planning: Oversee forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, and stock management to maintain appropriate service levels while controlling working capital.
Operational Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes and implement measurable improvements.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor supply chain professionals, establish clear objectives, and promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Performance Management: Establish and monitor KPIs covering supplier performance, inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, lead times, costs, and delivery reliability.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with procurement, finance, operations, commercial, and customer teams to align supply chain priorities with wider business objectives.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, operations, or a related field, with previous experience managing teams or complex supply chain projects.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coordinate cross functional initiatives, manage competing priorities, and make informed operational decisions.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with experience working with forecasts, inventory data, supplier performance metrics, budgets, and operational KPIs.
Technology: Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, procurement platforms, inventory management software, reporting dashboards, and other modern supply chain technologies.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers, colleagues, customers, and senior stakeholders.
Mindset: You are commercially aware, organised, and solutions focused. You understand that a strong supply chain requires both strategic thinking and attention to operational detail. You know when to optimise an existing process and when to introduce a completely new approach.
Pay: £5,000.00-£6,500.00 per month
