Saiyans Ltd is looking for a reliable Driver / Cleaner to join our team. The role involves driving, cleaning, and supporting general maintenance tasks including rubbish removals and gardening. *Key Responsibilities:* - Safely drive company vehicles for staff, equipment, and materials transport - Keep company vehicles clean, fueled, and roadworthy. Report any faults - Clean and maintain properties, offices, and vehicles to a high standard - Empty bins, vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize as required - Rubbish removals and responsible waste disposal - Basic gardening: weeding, mowing lawns, sweeping paths, and general grounds upkeep - Loading and unloading equipment and materials - Support the team with other ad-hoc tasks as needed - Follow health and safety procedures at all times *Requirements:* - Valid UK Driver’s License with clean driving record - Physically fit and able to lift heavy items - Reliable, punctual, and hardworking - Previous experience in driving, cleaning, or maintenance is an advantage - Good communication skills - Right to work in the UK
