Location: Shrewsbury Office or Remote base (with designated travel requirements)
Salary: from £27,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time)

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and organised QbTest Administrator to join our team and support the assessment and monitoring of children and young people undergoing assessment for ADHD.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering QbTest assessments in line with established procedures, ensuring that patients and families receive a welcoming and professional service. You will work closely with clinicians and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure assessments are completed accurately, efficiently.
This patient-facing role includes travel to our clinics within cross defined regions to complete the assessment in-person.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer QbTest assessments in accordance with training, clinical protocols and manufacturer guidance.
- Explain the assessment process clearly to children, young people and their families.
- Prepare patients and equipment before each assessment and ensure the testing environment is suitable.
- Operate QbTest equipment and software confidently and accurately.
- Ensure patient information and assessment results are recorded accurately and securely.
- Identify and report any technical issues or concerns to the appropriate team member.
- Liaise with clinicians and administrative colleagues to support an efficient assessment pathway.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with relevant information governance, safeguarding and data protection requirements.
- Keep equipment clean, secure and in good working order.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth running of the service.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Organised, reliable and able to manage their time effectively.
- Confident working with children, young people and families.
- Calm, patient and approachable, with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning specialist clinical software.
- Able to follow detailed procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Professional and sensitive when dealing with confidential and potentially sensitive information.
- Able to work independently while also contributing effectively to a wider clinical team.
- Prepared to travel to required clinics covering a designated area.
Desirable Experience
- Experience in a healthcare, education, mental health or neurodevelopmental setting would be advantageous.
- Previous experience working with children or young people.
- Experience working within ADHD pathways would be advantageous as well as familiarity with the ADHD assessment processes.
Full training in the QbTest system will be provided to the successful candidate, where required.
