The necessary requirements to join our team would be–
- Having a current NMC Registration along with having a minimum of six months of qualified general nursing experience.
- Having up to date nurse E learning and Physical training along with Up-to-date DBS and available reference on demand when needed.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a variety of teams within different Hospitals and departments gaining new experiences and building new relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care by assessing and monitoring patients' health status.
- Administer medications accurately and safely, adhering to the NMC guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to ensure continuity of care.
