About us
We are a fast growing Consultancy business in London, working with clients across both the public and private sectors. You'll be joining a fast growing team of brilliant talent with plenty of opportunities for growth and progression. We are small enough that your work is visible and your ideas count, and growing quickly enough that there is real room to build a career here.
We are looking for a Consultant to join us on a project basis and grow with the business.
The role
This is a genuinely varied, project-based role. No two engagements look the same.
Some projects are short and sharp: a focused piece of analysis, a process review, a rapid piece of client support delivered over a few weeks. Others are long term: multi-phase programmes where you will be embedded with a client for months, building the detail, owning workstreams and seeing the change through to the end.
That mix is deliberate. In a single year you could work across several sectors, several client types and several kinds of problem. If you want breadth, pace and a steep learning curve rather than the same task every month, this role will suit you.
It is a client-facing role from day one. You will be in the room, presenting your work, building relationships and being trusted with your own responsibilities early.
What you will be doing
- Delivering client projects end to end, from scoping through to final output.
- Presenting and holding meetings with clients.
- Working directly with client stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
- Analysing data and processes, and turning your findings into clear, decision-ready outputs.
- Documenting processes, procedures and workflows.
- Preparing reports, presentations and dashboards to a high professional standard.
- Managing your own workstreams, timelines and deliverables across concurrent projects.
What we are looking for
Essential:
- ACCA, ACA or CIMA part qualified and actively studying / Qualified / Prince2 / PMP.
- Experience gained in a top 50 accountancy practice. Big 5 experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You can explain complex detail simply and hold your own in front of a client.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Project management experience.
- Exposure to fast paced environment and finance transformation.
**Will make you stand out**
- Power BI.
- Microsoft Visio.
