General Manager – Ripple Dental Care
Salary: £36,000-£40,000 DOE a year + bonus
Location: Edinburgh New Town
Employment Type: Full-time, 5 days per week

Duties
- Supporting and motivating our friendly team
- Overseeing smooth day-to-day running of the practice
- Managing staff rota, communication and teamwork
- Supporting admin and general operations
What we’re looking for
- Proven organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and maintain efficient day-to-day operations.
- A positive, professional, and calm approach, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Proactive and reliable, with a genuine commitment to supporting team wellbeing and fostering a positive workplace culture.
