About the role
The Underfloor Heating Store is looking for a CRM and Marketing Manager to take ownership of our HubSpot platform and help us get more value from our customer data, marketing activity and sales processes.
This is a hands-on role for someone who knows HubSpot well and enjoys building smart, practical CRM solutions that improve customer experience, sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
You’ll work closely with our Sales, Digital and Finance teams to improve how we manage customer journeys, segment our database, automate key processes, report on performance and deliver targeted marketing campaigns.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants genuine ownership of a CRM system and the chance to shape how HubSpot is used across a growing ecommerce-led business.
Key responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day management and development of our HubSpot CRM platform.
- Maintain high standards of data quality, system structure, segmentation and reporting.
- Build, test and optimise HubSpot automation workflows across customer lifecycle stages.
- Develop targeted CRM and email marketing campaigns to support customer acquisition, retention and reactivation.
- Use HubSpot lists, properties, workflows and reporting tools to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
- Work with Sales and Digital teams to improve lead management, customer follow-up and pipeline visibility.
- Partner with Finance to improve customer segmentation and support more personalised marketing activity.
- Build clear dashboards and reports to track CRM, marketing and sales performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, automate manual processes and increase commercial impact.
- Train and support colleagues to use HubSpot effectively and consistently.
- Stay up to date with HubSpot features, best practice and new opportunities to improve the platform.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is confident working inside HubSpot and can turn commercial goals into practical CRM improvements.
You’ll be comfortable working with customer data, building workflows, creating reports and helping different teams use the platform properly.
Key skills and experience
- Strong hands-on HubSpot experience, ideally across Sales Hub and Marketing Hub.
- Experience building HubSpot workflows, lists, segments, reports and dashboards.
- Good understanding of CRM best practice, customer lifecycle marketing and data quality.
- Ability to analyse customer data and turn insights into practical marketing activity.
- Experience delivering email marketing or CRM campaigns that improve engagement, retention or revenue.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work closely with Sales, Digital, Finance and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable balancing hands-on system work with campaign planning and performance analysis.
- Organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities.
- HubSpot certifications would be highly beneficial.
- Project management experience would be advantageous.
What success looks like
In this role, success means HubSpot becomes cleaner, smarter and more valuable to the business.
You’ll help us improve the way we manage customer data, automate key processes, track performance and deliver more targeted marketing activity. Over time, your work should help improve customer retention, sales conversion, reporting visibility and the overall customer experience.
