We are seeking an SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive special school in Watford. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside an experienced team who are dedicated to helping pupils develop their confidence, independence, and life skills.
This is a full-time position starting in September, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm.

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND.

Support pupils with their learning, communication, and personal development.

Assist in creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences.

Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff.

Follow safeguarding procedures at all times.
Essential
-
Previous SEND experience (3 months).

An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.

Right to work in the UK.

Experience working within a school environment.

Level 3 or Bachelor's Degree.
