Position: Care Assistant
Location: Middlesbrough, TS5 6SG
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Shift Pattern: Days, Nights, Weekends (Flexible)
Main Duties
- Provide compassionate personal care and support to residents.
- Assist with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, and mobility.
- Promote residents' dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
- Support residents with meals and hydration.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
Requirements
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
- A caring, patient, and reliable nature.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to undertake training and professional development.
- Right to work in the UK.
