We're looking for an energetic, passionate, and commercially minded Farm Shop & Café Manager to lead and grow our farm shop and café.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact - helping shape the future direction of the business, championing local produce, creating exciting events, and building a welcoming community space that people love to visit.
You'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation, lead and develop the team, drive sales and profitability, ensure excellent food safety standards, and create exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the daily operation of the farm shop and café.
- Driving sales, profitability, and business growth.
- Managing stock, labour, waste, and operational performance.
- Developing seasonal promotions, events, workshops, and community activities.
- Championing local suppliers and farm-produced products.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a destination experience.
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
- Maintaining exceptional food safety, health & safety, and compliance standards.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in retail, hospitality, farm shop, café, or food service management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering results.
- A genuine enthusiasm for local food, farming, and community engagement.
- Someone with the drive, creativity, and passion to take ownership and make things happen.
Qualifications
Essential (or willingness to achieve):
- Level 3 Food Hygiene
- Level 3 First Aid
- Health & Safety Qualification
Desirable:
- HACCP Training
- COSHH Training

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
