We have an exciting new vacancy for a receptionist to join our team at The Daresbury Park Hotel, a 228-room hotel with a prime location near the M56 motorway. Enjoy easy access to Chester, Liverpool, and Manchester, as well as convenient public transportation from Warrington.
Please note: This is a part-time role only – full-time hours are not available. Flexibility is required, including evenings and weekends, and you must be available to attend all required training.

Your duties will include:
- Welcoming guests and checking guests in and out on front of house system
- Advising guests and visitors about the facilities on site.
- Being the point of contact for our guests during their stay
- Answering the telephone, making reservations, taking payments, reconciling the shift and balancing floats.
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera systems would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given.
