Duties

- Coordinate staffing schedules, assign tasks, and oversee training to optimize team performance.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with management on menu planning, special events, and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary experience.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
