About the Role
We are seeking motivated and flexible individuals to supplement our team to cover multiple sites throughout Central London. You will be part of an elite and well established reserve team. Your duties will include.
- Creating a welcoming environment by efficiently managing our clients' core values and fulfilling client requests.
- Ensuring meeting rooms meet high standards, handle booking requests, and prepare hospitality requirements.
- As the first point of contact in most environments, providing a first class customer experience.
- Answering calls and dealing with enquiries promptly and professionally.
About You
- Exhibit a high degree of attention to detail and maintain a calm, logical, and professional mindset.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Effectively prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic requirements with motivation and commitment.
- Understand the importance of maintaining Health & Safety standards.
Working Hours
- Flexible to meet your needs within reason.
- Shift Times will vary but usually between 0800 and 1800 hours
Location
- Flexible Locations: Locations in London's Zone 1.
- Work Environment - varies but will always be a high-end customer building in the City of London or West End
