Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to financial planning and client portfolios
- Assist with analysis of financial data to support advisers in decision-making processes
- Manage client records and documentation with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications using Microsoft Outlook and other scheduling tools
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and requests
- Support the preparation of presentation materials and documentation using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies during all administrative processes
- Maintain organised filing systems both digitally and physically for easy retrieval of information
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative workflows and improve efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role within the financial services sector or related field
- Strong report writing, organisational, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately
- Knowledge of financial planning concepts is desirable but not essential; training will be provided if necessary
- IT literacy with a good understanding of various software applications used in financial administration
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £24,420.00-£38,087.29 per year
