Customer Service Advisor
Working hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday (09:00 – 17:30)
Location: Swindon
The Customer Service Advisor will provide operational support and excellent customer service to key clients and all external partners. The role will report on weekly targets and deliver projects as outlined by the Team Leader.
What you'll do:
- Monitor inbound/outbound calls daily.
- Answer customer queries within the agreed turnaround times.
- Provide an excellent level of customer service with a long-term aim of reducing customer queries/complaints.
- Provide administrative support for any customer reporting requirements.
- Liaise with internal partner platforms.
- Ability to use own initiative to support problem solving.
- Build professional relationships with all partners.
- Provide delivery information to customers as requested.
- Completing customer projects.
- Other ad hoc tasks as directed/requested.
What we're looking for:
- English and Mathematics – Grade Pass (desirable)
- Excellent customer service, literacy and telephone skills
- PC literacy with understanding of Outlook, Excel, Word
- The ability to use/learn software packages that are applicable to the job
- Ability to prioritise, work independently and reach defined targets
- Good interpersonal skills – able to deal with people at all levels
- Passionate about delivering customer service excellence
- Positive and can-do attitude
