About Us
We are a very small but quickly growing property developer and manager focused on delivering high-quality residential and commercial spaces, including HMOs and premium renovations.
Our approach is detail-driven, efficient, and long-term — we don’t cut corners, and we expect the same.
The Role
We’re looking for a high-calibre, multi-skilled professional to take ownership of maintenance and renovation across our portfolio.
This is a hands-on, site-based role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, thinks ahead, and operates to a high standard.
You will be responsible for both:
- Maintaining tenanted properties to a consistently high level
- Playing a key role in ongoing and upcoming renovation projects
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage maintenance across the portfolio
- Carry out high-quality multi-trade work (plumbing, joinery, decorating, minor electrical, etc.)
- Support and deliver renovation projects to a high finish
- Coordinate and oversee external contractors when required
- Identify issues early and implement long-term solutions
- Maintain strong organisation and forward planning of tasks
- Ensure properties meet compliance and presentation standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally at all times
Who We’re Looking For
We are specifically looking for someone who:
- Has strong multi-trade experience and takes pride in quality
- Works to a high standard — not just “gets it done”
- Is proactive and organised, not reactive
- Can think ahead and plan works efficiently
- Is reliable, accountable, and consistent
- Is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Has experience in property renovation (preferred)
- Holds a full UK driving licence
Experience with HMOs or higher-end renovations is a strong advantage.
What We Offer
- Consistent, long-term work within a growing portfolio
- Hourly rate reviews as the portfolio grows.
- Opportunity to be part of high-quality renovation projects
- A professional and well-organised working environment
- Performance-based progression and incentives
Important
This role is not suited to:
- Candidates looking for casual or inconsistent work
- Low attention to detail or “quick fix” mentality
- Those who require constant supervision
We are building a reliable, high-performing team — and are looking for someone who aligns with that standard.
