Requirements
Duties will include but not limited to:

Assist the Manager and Clinical Lead in providing a home for residents which promotes a caring environment through high standards of professional practice

Meet the care needs of residents whilst promoting dignity, privacy, safety and independence

Act as a supportive and effective leader
-
Attend all in house and external training as required
-
Perform all nursing duties to a high standard

Complete physical and psychological assessments of new residents on admission.

Safely administer medication and keep records.
-
Ensure effective rotas are in place.

Register with the relevant professional bodies.
